Which languages do you speak?

Our international coordination team is multicultural and is able to speak any of the following languages: French, English, German, Russian, Italian and Chinese. For all information and administrative concerns, please send your requests in any of the listed languages. If you need an interpreter to assist you during your medical consultations and/or therapy, please contact our coordinators. They will be happy to arrange this service for you.

Do I have to pay to get a quote for a medical program or medical treatment?

Medical cost estimates are free of charge. Please feel free to ask us for a quote.

What is your payment policy?

All patients are requested to pay the total amount of the initial cost estimate, prior to, or at the latest on the day of arrival on our premises. We accept cash, credit card, or bank transfer payments. The deposit requested may be refunded to you in part or in full depending on the final invoice statement.

Can you help me with my travel arrangements to Switzerland?

Yes, we can assist you with all travel-related matters such as visa application, hotel bookings (if needed), and transport services.

Is it possible to order menus adapted to specific dietary habits such as diets/ intolerances/ allergies or Halal products?

Yes, of course. If you provide us with the relevant information regarding your dietary habits prior to your stay, we will be happy to adapt our menus accordingly.

What happens if additional examinations are required during my treatment, and/or my hospitalization needs to be prolonged?

Depending on medical evaluations (therapeutic progress, examination results, rehabilitation progress, medical opinion, etc.), adjustments to treatment and/or complementary examinations prescribed by the doctor may be necessary for your medical treatment. Any subsequent modifications to the initial offer can be made and will be charged accordingly. Should additional treatment/s be necessary, we will adapt the offer to take these into account and you will be informed beforehand.

Can I have my meals elsewhere than in my room?

Most of our clinics offer the highest quality gourmet dishes, served in their respective restaurants. You may have lunch and/or dinner in the restaurant or in your room. However, breakfast is only served in the room.

In which language can I receive my final medical report?

Reports can be written in English, on request. The reports may be translated into other languages if necessary, on request, at an additional fee.

What information do I need to provide in order to receive an initial offer?

It is very important to provide our medical staff with as much background and current medical information as possible (medical reports from previous doctor consultations, laboratory results, medical imaging, etc.). This will enable us to prepare a personalized medical program and provide you with the corresponding quote.

What is an initial estimate and how is it calculated?

The initial estimate is an assessment done by our specialists based on the documents and information you provide, which is why it is extremely important for you to provide us with as much medical data as possible. This is the only way for us to provide you with an accurate cost estimate.

Can you help me with transport arrangements to and from the clinic?

Yes. We have our own limousine service and can organize airport transfers or any other transfers you may need during your stay.

Do you offer facilities to accommodate an accompanying person?

Yes, we offer facilities to accommodate an accompanying person during your stay, either in your room or in a separate room/suite. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Are aesthetics services available in your clinics?

Some of our clinics offer aesthetics services such as a hairdresser and skin beauty treatments. If these services are not available directly at the clinic, we can arrange for outside services, at your request.

Can I leave the clinic during my stay or treatment?

All requests to leave any of our medical premises must be submitted to the referring physician for prior written authorization.

Can I take my medical reports home?

Yes. We will send you your complete medical dossier as soon as we receive all the necessary information from the treating doctors. This will include all medical reports, laboratory results, as well as any radiologic images (x-rays).

If I need any specific medical equipment when I return home, how do I proceed?

Our medical team or coordinators will assist you to get all the necessary equipment.
